A Haitian migrant who entered the U.S. last June is was arrested in Massachusetts last week after being accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy who lives next door to him.

Yeah they're all shelters retards. If every westerner was required to live in section 8 housing for a few months in their teens, we'd be much better off.
