For when you're such a poor hipster that you can't afford to buy new at the poor hipster store and have to choose between buying used from the poor hipster store, or admit that you are just actually poor and buy new from AtHome.
I buy ikea furniture. The whole idea is I'm going to junk it when it falls apart or I move. It would honestly feel like ripping someone off to sell them my old chest of particleboard drawers for $20. I'd rather just give it to them for free if they need it that badly.
Yeah cause any time I sell something on craigslist, I think to myself, "isn't there some way I could have all the same problems with this and also pay 30% to a megacorp?"
Used cardboard, just what I ever wanted!
I'm looking forward to a future where the homeless can rent their used refrigerator shipping boxes straight from the WEF!
I can't even get that stuff to survive a move much less resell.

Them coming over and hauling it away out of my life is all the payment I need when moving
Problem is if you offer it for free, you get weirdos and flakes. Unless you put it on the side of the road and make it self service.

Gamestopping furniture will be an interesting thing to watch!
