It's more like 5% even by left wing Britain's standards, basically, imagine if the snootiest leftists from Los Angeles or New York, they get together and use taxpayer money to fund their own television station under the guise of being 'neutral' and then gaslight everyone on that for decades while pushing an obvious leftist agenda. I think the US equivalent of that would be PBS, not 100% sure how much taxpayer funding the PBS gets but I'm fairly sure even they're not as high as the BBC.
They all live in London as well for the most part which is why whenever anything happens there they swarm the event like rats and most of the media are like that. They're very London centric generally which is why very often even when it comes to reporting on local issues they get stuff that happens elsewhere in the country very wrong.
