I would just look at what they do in more objective areas. Wouldn't it be better if High School graduates could do algebra? I think clearly so.
True. Also would be better to learn reading, writing, and arithmetic in school instead of lgbt, blm, or whatever agenda

No they aren’t. Although another problem is when people get a low score on the tests you will always find some official who blames the test
