The dissonance between being rich and comfortable with zero real problems and being told by everyone that they're oppressed and trodden on and constantly under attack drives them legitimately insane. Their anxiety and aggressiveness baseline under normal conditions has been set to very high by the constant grievance propaganda so even minor pushback makes them incredibly mad.
