I agree with the point, but those aren't death threats. Death threats are "I'm going to kill you," not "go die" or "kill yourself." The other two may be rude or socially unacceptable, but accuracy matter...not death threats.

That battle was lost long ago. Its why every single person who gets any controversy has them and their circle getting "death threats." Because they've been told literally that "KYS" is a threat they should take seriously and can get them full victim status.
Its so omnipowerful that its a rule here and I have been banned for doing it.
We can't reverse course out of it, all we can do is hold them to the standard until they are forced to tear it down to protect themselves and move onto a new shield.
