Unless they actually had orders not to fire, the snipers hesitating so long makes me think the shooter was a patsy. Who's patsy isn't clear yet, but the situation is so sketchy I do suspect some level of conspiracy, so I do think he was a patsy, and meant to die.
Also, it's not too late to go after Biden, and I'm worried that's part of the plan. The "Deep State" or whoever can overshadow the attempted assassination of Trump, and save themselves from Biden, by attempting to or succeeding in taking out Biden, and then blaming Trump/supporters/The Right.
Organic or otherwise, someone took at shot at Trump, you know, Literally Hitler. The current power structure needs for alleged "Trump supporters" to behave violently in turn. Sadly, I see at least the very real possibility of false flags and attacks against Democrats and minorities.
I'm still not clear on what the sniper saw or chose to do. It looked like he needed to adjust his rifle to get into position and had to look over his scope to see the target.
Maybe he thought he needed permission, maybe he was told he did, and maybe he was just out of position for the shot.
