I don't know what you were smoking but lay off it for that conclusion mate. Culture is a mix of not just racial but ENVIRONMENTAL factors. You are sliding it down so much to race you ignore ALL the context of WHY they are such a problem.
Ok so let's look at why the illegals in Europe are a problem: they get free hand outs so don't work to give back into society plus that would force them to integrate and learn skills, they are given lighter treatment compared to the native population even for serious offenses like rape and they are not unified group so bring their PREVIOUS grudges with them leading to more sectarian violence on the streets.
So what about the reverse example you gave, we just mass imported Norwegians to Kenya. Well there DEFINITELY wouldn't be any handouts, the environment would be a hazard as while winter might be a bitch for illegals if the establishment didn't give them hotels unlike native homeless in Europe, the Norwegians would suffer massively from heat exhaustion, it'd be hard to adapt the land compared to Norway as it took DECADES to turn some of these places into breadbaskets like Rhodesia was and unlike Europe, you don't have to worry about literal tribal war.
