The difference a day makes, I swear this drama has escalated quick in TWO days, he's put out a full tweet of it, I don't have X so someone else link it as I ain't making an account to that hellscape for this.
TLDR, he DID talk to a minor (hard on what age as that could be a 15 year old in the states but they live in France) back in 2017 but NO pictures were sent, NEVER met and it says it sometimes was inappropriate talk but that could've been the average gamer talk. Now he was banned in 2020 so they sat on this for 3 YEARS but Twitch settled a lawsuit he had with them and there was NO criminal charges at all for him.
So after the studio he founded kicked him out and a sponsor dropped him, other than be an idiot talking to a minor this is a nothing burger. It speaks WORSE on Twitch that they couldn't vet their internal messager given that Disrespect doesn't state if he KNEW at the time they were a minor and dropped talking to them when they found out.
And also speaks ill on all those saying "We knew about this for years" what that he was a fucking idiot for a basic mistake (why I mute everyone unless they're friends) or dod you think he was a pedo but sat on this waiting for blood in the water as that's even more disgusting.
Him and NickMercs are hard nopers when it comes to faggotry. They snidely mock it without saying anything too obvious, but Doc did a bit of a skit about the pronoun nonsense in Starfield and mocked Bethesda and Pete Hines.
Plus, he uninstalled Call of Duty when Activision removed Nick's skin from the game after Nick told the groomers to stop targeting kids. He just showed a screen of him clicking "Uninstall" and saying "nope".
It's pretty obvious Doc leans right, and one of those talking heads on YouTube made a good point that it's election season in America and they don't want certain people influencing their audience a certain way. Using this nothing-burger to get Doc to stay silent and not influence his audience in any particular way makes a lot of sense from the Left's point of view.
