This proposition is giving colleges at least some power over immigration. You implement a retarded policy like this and the first thing that will happen is Columbia creating a "being oppressed degree" that they'll award to everyone in the country illegally. Maybe just start handing them out internationally. Conservatives know colleges are leftist institutions. Conservatives know that they are one of the main culprits of how things got to be this fucked up in the first place. Knowing those things, how could anyone think this was a good idea?
