That's 303 too many. If someone is a real "refugee" they must shelter in the nearest safe country bordering their home country. As an island nation Japan doesn't border anyone so they don't need to take any refugees.

The only time refugee status is relatively honest is in cases of natural disaster.

I could believe a few SEA nations would have Japan be the closest safe country.
But I doubt any of their refugees are fellow slant eyes who might share some commonality with them (hating China).
