Edit: Watched the video again. We don't know why she's yelling initially, but the man clearly approaches her, not the other way around. She holds up a piece of cardboard, again without approaching him, and taps him in the face with it, because he's that close. He then full on punches her in the face.

Listening again with some proper headphones and after the "there's a seat right there!" it seems she's shouting "you came into my place when I sat down!" and just after "you fucking broke my tablet you fucking piece of garbage".
So I guess they shoved/bumped into her, maybe tried to take the seat, and her tablet got cracked or something.
