Smooth brains that require protagonists to be like them in order to imerse themselves are the most critical brain dead retards on the planet. I don't need Samus to be a man to feel like a.. uh.. well ehatever the fuck Samus is. Sure as hell isn't a bounty hunter despite what the lore keeps.. never mind.
I don't need to be a twink to enjoy Zelda.

That makes sense to me. Shame, really. A free roam quest about collecting bounties as Samus sounds like a damn cool game. Especially after all the world building they've made over the years. Even if a lot of it is kind of batshit insane.
