These are the people we should welcome in instead of third world Mexicans. I’d much rather this country become more like Germany during any time period than what it is becoming now
The East/West Germany split was a nightmare, and present day US at least matches the surveillance horrors of the Stasi, only with better tech.

Now they have the best of both worlds: The brutal socialist utilitarianism and appeal to power of Eastern authoritarians combined with the degenerate values and virtue signaling of the West, all wrapped in blanket of Green and Rainbows.
