In terms of other EU stuff to adapt, Brian Daley did three stand-alone novels back in the 90s about some of Han Solo's adventures before he met Luke and Obi-Wan. It would have been great to see those adapted instead of the Solo film they did do.

Tales From Jabba's Palace would have been a fun TV series as well. Some great material in that.

Actually found tales from jabba’s palace and will read it soon. The Daley and Crispin Solo stories were good. Should’ve just stuck with that
