I get a page not found when I click the link whilst not logged in. It was loading for me earlier though

Maybe it's still loading from your browser cache? Or twitter has some weird shadow banning implementation against anon browsing "controversial" tweets?

hmm, i tried viewing it in another computer that i have that i haven't used in 3 days but I'm still able to view the tweet so it's not a cache issue.
