The best part of the video is the husband showing he is the one with full custody and she owes him 21k in child support and shes a full time scammer who tells people she has cancer to scam money
I cut sugar by probably 90% about 6 months ago. I eat maybe 5g of sugar that isn't from natural fresh ( unprocessed) fruit or small amounts of bread. Replaced the calories with mostly protein from steak, chicken, and nuts. After a couple weeks to adjust I felt like a different person. I already had an above average diet for an American before that. As far as I'm concerned sugar is poison.
I still have my snacks because I like them but I've been going the protein snack route more as well funnily enough, it does make a difference, definitely way more nutritious at the very least. I think the biggest mistake people make is thinking that sugar is anything other than a sweetener or a dessert, I'm stumped at the idea that people seriously consider anything from a chain for example real food. I'm mainly going after dried meats and jerky where I can find them, I particularly like jerky, lasts forever too.
Everyone has their views on it, but I find the key thing is simply knowing what is going in your body, loads of manufactured food have an unsettling amount of mystery ingredients.
Right? Even before all the ex husbands context I couldn’t be bothered to care. I can’t remember the last time I had a birthday cake, but I’m pretty sure I was under 20.
Oh, boo hoo. Couldn't buy a cake at the grocery or Dairy Queen if not doing it yourself is so important?
Cakes are for kids. Nice, but not necessary as an adult.
A night out at the Keg for steak and lobster, now you're talking.

Good on the husband for taking care of his kids. Imagine how badly she would screw them up
Hey now, what if I want to make myself a cake to have for dessert after the steak I cooked? Nothing wrong with adults enjoying cake lol.
Excess sugar leads to excess fat and other health problems. Excess fat, especially visceral fat, stimulates production of estrogen.
That cake literally turn you into a effeminate if you don't reign it in.
Meanwhile steak is one of the healthiest meals you can eat. Perhaps balancing out the occasional cake.

Get enough protein and fat from meat and it helps fight those sugar cravings too.
Preaching to the choir

You can take my birthday red velvet cake from my cold, red stained hands.
My girlfriend makes me birthday Apple pie. Prior to that I hadn't had a "birthday cake" in 15 years.
Take the pie pill.
