Yeah, funny thing about that. The entire 'out of africa' theory has been under some fire given alot of recent anthropological discoveries. (Context: That article is from 2007 and the idea has only gained ground from further research.)
For even further weirdness, there's a supposed 'ghost species' that's present only in west africans that isn't present in European descended humans. Interesting.
Or maybe I'm just listening to too much Robert Sepehr. Fuck if I know.
