Africa is full of resources. They shouldn't need government support from anywhere but their own government. Even with the Chinese pillaging it today they still have a crazy amount of resources
People use words like "pillage" in regards to Africa's resources, but it's not like the Africans know how to use said resources; it's just rocks to them.

same reason they allowed europe, Belgium and others back in the 50`s. To build things for them they won't build themselves, that they can use and abuse without maintaining until they fall apart.
Because they expected the Chinese to act the same as white people. Build shit for everyone to use and give them gibs.
