Implement this policy as law and before you know it businesses will do everything they can to avoid hiring women.
If only, the law will also include a "You must have atleast 60% women staff" for every company.
Thats easy to comply. All hand meetings, every 3rd person step forward, those who left now identify as women, and regulators can't say nothing or they are transphobic
