He shouldn't even do the debate. I see Trump supporters arguing Biden is so gone at this point that he'll barely be able to stay awake let alone spin convincing answers, but honestly I don't see how this can be a net positive. Biden was saddled with dementia and pumped up on drugs in 2020 and people still took away whatever they wanted to believe from the debates.
Trump should insist a third party lab (or several) run a blood tests on both of them to show what kind of drugs they're using.
I'm guessing Biden is going to be taking the whole pharmacy just to keep standing for the whole time let alone talk in complete sentences.
