Chad yes.
And I know you're just a troll, but free speech, bitch.
Being violent? Arrest.
Violating property rights? Arrest.
"Supporting terrorists?" Don't give a shit, you do you. I can disagree, but as long as you're not out there actually doing violence, you're entitled to your views.
For example, I've never said every member of Antifa should be arrested...just the violent ones. Antifa is fucking cancer. But I've never asked that being a member should be criminalized, just for equal enforcement under the law for violent behavior. Do crimes, do times. Don't do crimes, gubment can fuck off. Deal with it, loser.
Actually I won't be dealing with it. You pally supporters and commies will. Most red states are passing laws banning anti semitic speech, and that includes passive ideological positions. So within a few years as these laws become commonplace, terrorist speech will indeed be outlawed.
Or maybe that's just virtue-signalling that they know will get slapped down by SCOTUS on FA grounds, likely with only Kagan and Roberts voting against it.
If it's only Kagan and Roberts, Roberts would dip out, and try to talk Kagan out of it too. It's unanimous 'get fucked, fascists," at that point. Roberts is a fucking cuck, but even he would be like 'hol' up.'
The Patriot Act says hello. The courts have long recognized the need for a solid data collection system to keep people safe from terrorists. Given the rising mud activity, there is an even stronger case in favor of it now.
“They have our safety in heart.” Then why are they letting literally everyone in over the border, paying off all sides in the Middle East, and wanting three wars to happen?
The only thing the government is doing with the “Patriot” Act is selling all that data and occasionally arresting someone for wrong think.

Comment Approved: This doesn't do that.
Also, gopower2024. Those same anti-semitism laws are already blatantly unconstitutional, and you can bet your ass that they will be used against you. Remember, George Sorros is funding these protests/riots. How long before opposing these protests and riots become "anti-semitism" based on that alone.
It's a dumb game to play, where you are targeted to lose.

That last sentence is you responding to obvious bait, don't do that.
Except I did not promote, advocate, glorify, or endorse violence.
