Yeah the Brazilians do tend to murder people in the streets for organized crime rather than organized religion. But given the guy was in the UK long enough to own a van, it'd make more sense if he had previously lived in Spain, there were just way more easy avenues to enter that way.

lol being British I feel like I have to point out that things are getting shadier and shadier when it comes to vehicle ownership. I'm very sure with the way people drive in Bradford for example a lot of the vehicle owners here are outright illegal. That is to say, they may technically 'own' the vehicles but they get let off the hook because migration and they don't have to pay insurance as a result.
The insurance companies know this which is why I believe the car insurance costs are skyrocketing because we're legally required to have at least third party here and third party is exceptionally expensive because insurance companies jacked that up as well when they realised what people were doing and getting the bare minimum coverage.

Why does it feel like that's paraphrased from an original quote that's much more phlegmy?
The only reason I doubted Muslim was Brazilian nationality. As far as I can remember, Islam ain't that popular in South America.
If it was just Spanish nationality, then I'd easily believe Islamic attack.
