It's called the Joe Rogan Experience for a reason, maaaaaan.
And I'm only half kidding. Joe Rogan built his fame for a reason; he's an excellent conversationalist, and part of the appeal is just the long form conversation. If I feel like some Rogan, I will just listen to the full thing, in the background while I'm doing work or something. You can't really summarize, as it is about a bunch of different things.
Elk hunting was probably in there somewhere, for example. And when I jumped in and picked a random point to see what was up, I already hit ice bathes, martial arts, and saunas...heh.
That's because you're weak! You obviously haven't eaten enough elk or taken enough ice bathes. /s
I skip plenty of his guests. Others I watch or listen to the entire thing. Different guests and topics will naturally appeal to different people.
