I know some left wingers who still say that seriously. Every once in a blue moon something positive will come up in a conversation that reminds them of a bill that got signed into law during Obama's administration. Then they just have to say it, usually following some mental gymnastics.

Still not as annoying as people comparing the GWB administration with Idiocracy, though. It was funny the first time, but every single time someone mentioned the movie itself, someone always fucking had to say "oh the movie about George Bush!"
