This is extremely tricky in while I agree they seem to be failures as parents (of the article is to be believed), the precedent it sets is TOO dangerous.
I can easily see this used against parents who don't comply with guidance councillors and school psychologists' demands in regards to their kids.
I don't trust a lot of parents to watch their kids to protect others OR schools to keep my kids safe, I'd rather homeschool them even if it meant downsizing and living closer to my still sane relatives.
everything judeo-commies do is a slippery slope. they've been increasing the incline slightly every year for well over 100 years.
we're well past being able to fight this through voting. too much subversion has gone on for too long. too many people's entire worldview has been corrupted beyond repair.
Do I think the parents were negligent. Hell yes. CRIMINALLY negligent though? Not necessarily.
The article said that the parents elected to return to work after a meeting at the school. With the way this economy is, they may not have had the choice to take time off. Who knows, I'm just speculating.
I feel bad for the kid and all the parents involved. But at the end of the day, unless the parents actively bought their son a gun for the purpose of committing the crime, they should not have to pay for the actions of their child, no matter how horrific.

This was all about persecuting 2A people. Setting a dangerous precedent was the point.
Yea, hopefully they appeal and get the whole thing tossed.
What do you mean "can"? Persecution is the point! Not that it might or will, but that it was designed to be from the beginning.

This really isn't about parents though, it's about getting the parents to inform on their own children if they're acting American.
If it goes forward, no one with a head on their shoulders would talk to their relatives unless they knew their ideological frameworks coincide.
Divide isolate eliminate. It's what they do.
