We're so happy to see that 44% of the 500 new entrants were women, but we know that the industry can do more regarding diversity in the workplace. C'mon 2024, let's do even better!

As Jenny Brusk says, "Diverse teams lead to a better culture, and more sustainable and dynamic companies" to which we wholeheartedly agree.

Right now at Arrowhead we've got 10 open positions, and we regularly update with even more. If you feel like we're a match, we'd love to hear from you.

Help us be better and spread even more Democra-- I mean, Diversity!

Yeah, I have my doubts about them being "based". They are just terrified that their new golden child could die, if they overdo it.
