why are 4 pieces of dialogue being contrasted with just 1

Aside from the fact that I don't know what's going on top right

In the top right, they censored an entire quest. They skipped the entire original rank 3 quest so in Persona 3 Reload the rank 4 quest ended up being rank 3 instead.

That's what I mean. It shows 4 pieces of original dialogue and only 1 from the reload so I was wondering if it meant the whole thing was deleted. Sounds like it was, making it the most egregious example of the lot.
