As brought up in another discussion here, the charges relate to "threats," which can be spuriously defined, and therefore selectively enforced.
The concern to me is if they might have messaged the apparent victim(s) and implied something like they were going to sell her, even if they never intended to follow through. If not directly to the victim, they may have named her while making up an imaginary plot to do some 'criminal' thing, then the conversation got leaked.
Text alone is easy to misinterpret if it's out of context. And I imagine many friend groups have times where they think of cruel hypothetical plots or occurrences, but they don't put it into something that can be documented and publicized.
Grab any minority's phone and I guarantee you'll find more hateful bigoted speech against Whitey than anything these guys said. Most of it wouldn't be in private chats either.
Nigs love thinking about raping white women and stealing them away from massa and will immediately start ranting about it if provoked so let's do something about that
the story was posted elsewhere, were they being arrested just for being racist or were they being arrested for making threats? the former's obviously bullshit, but the ladder has precedent.
The charges allege threats, but nobody is giving specifics except for the mention of a slave sale. The little else that has been told is that the kids made offensive jokes, memes and/or comments in Snapchat. The OP video insinuates they were planning (maybe only imagining) a mock slave sale of a schoolmate (or multiple). It isn't clear if they directly contacted the supposed victim(s) about this, or if this was chatter among friends that leaked.
The regime has been oppressing White boys, and men, openly for the last half century.
Things like this just make it more obvious.
How is this legal? Outside the obvious the process is the punishment.
At this point I think they are trying to push white people far enough that some poor white guy will snap before elections.
Law is dead.

When teachers and every film and TV drama undermines your culture - even having free speech enshrined in your constitution IS NOT ENOUGH.

Sounds like the only criminal here is the DA for violating the first amendment rights of eighth graders.
