Didn't Games Workshop go after the Astarte's guy (Syama Pedersen) hard?

They literally "made him an offer he couldn't refuse." Work for GW, or GW would go after him legally. Astartes came down, got reuploaded to GW+ (with lens flares and shitty sound effects added), and so far no more output from him.
