I’m a baseball fan and have been watching as the world discovers how awful John Fisher is at everything in his life, but one of the things that the people that defend the attempted relocation of the Oakland Athletics do is use the crime rate and whatnot, but apparently some people who live there said that In-N-Out is still open.
What’s true and what’s not? I’m just curious because of course the people committing the crime there are mostly black and the thread about the closing here did blame that, but if the In-N-Out is still open (I don’t know if they put a timeline out for the closing), then why fucking announce it in the first place if it’s not gonna be for six months or so? Most layoffs are pretty immediate and it’s been weeks since the announcement, so I don’t know.
According to this video that was posted a bit ago, the last day is March 24th.
You still gonna root for the A’s in Vegas? I’m a Rangers fan but as a kid I loved Henderson, McGwire, and Canseco.
As for the in-and-out I thought it was already closed
I’m a Yankees fan, so I’m just looking at Brian Cashman and shaking my head at him. I just think that relocation in modern America is bullshit
I’m indifferent to the Yankees but it cracks me up how many people obsess over the Yankees or talk about how much they hate them. I’m like, isn’t it more fun to root for your own team?
Oakland is run by incompetent diversity hires. I assume they're largely to blame.
Corporate tried to massage the shuttering as "employee safety," when in reality the employees were getting mugged in the parking lot by joggers after closing.
I think it was pretty clear. They're improving employee safety by closing.
Thanks, now I want some Sonic.
