Nichegamer is confirming that the "orthopedic underwear" joke is gone. A throwaway one liner in the original that came out of nowhere to lighten the serious mood of what happened at Nibelheim gone because Yoshinori Kitase has been successfully shamed about his work from the danger hairs.
