Is mixing not replacement? If people of two different races mix, the outcome is not really of either race, although it may more visibly favor one or the other of its progenitors. If you got all of one race to mix with another race or not reproduce, then you would have effectively replaced them with whatever new hybrid race they’d created.
That sounds like a weird, science-experiment way of looking at it, but I’m pretty sure that it’s technically true.
It's not about "mixing" or anything like that. It's all about replacement. They even say so themselves.
