I feel like you've identified the problem (feminism) but are striking the REALLY wrong target...
Consent laws became more of a thing naturally as we began to live longer. Marrying off a 9 year old made sense when the average life expectancy is in your 40s, now we are in our 80s, no need so push that age up to when it's safest to have children and have everything before focused on essentially training of skills, whether consciously through education or subconsciously through play.
Unless you also advocate for removing ALL medical progress too, you cannot produce an argument to lower consent age since that was done in the past by NECESSITY, trying to bypass that too using 'father's permission' is essentially welcoming the same child brides in Islam and probably child trafficking through religion too.
That too, I prefer to think of the other end than that one as they both fed into the same result. It was only until the 19th century surgery became so good that cesarean wasn't a death sentence for the mother.
It's funny how that user's account was dormant for a whole year and has returned around the same time a bunch of other handshakes appeared. Oh well probably just a coincidence.
