The House of Representatives voted 65 to 29 on January 10 to override the Republican governor’s veto, and the Senate voted 23 to 9 on Wednesday.

again, nice straw man. I would never bully anyone with mental illness. Were it my responsibility, I would do what it takes to treat them. I would never set them up for failure or drug dependence. I specially would never instruct them to self-mutilate.
