I get you, I was raised to be colorblind too. Realizing just how many people, who I was raised to treat fairly, hate me simply for for being White was a difficult redpill to stomach.
I still judge people as individuals but I'm definitely no longer colorblind.
I still see myself as colorblind in the sense that I’m not going to make a judgement about an individual solely based on race but I’m not blind to what goes on around me like I once was. I still try to be a good Christian
We aren't commanded to be doormats or pacifists, you know. There's nothing wrong with keeping your guard up when interacting with people from groups that typically hate the groups you belong to. While we're told to love our neighbor, we're also told the man who doesn't take care of his own household is worse than a nonbeliver.
I know but just in the sense of the individual. I want to give people a chance but you do have to be guarded in certain situations
