Where did Israel’s nukes come from/how did they get the knowledge to start building them?

Saw yet another Antonio slap fight and instead of going in the weeds of an immigrant Arab who lives in Italy and doesn’t practice Islam arguing with the audience here, I’m cutting out the middleman and asking the question here so I can get direct answers.
