Cruz defrauded Carson out of votes in Iowa by spreading literal disinformation. That's how he became Lyin' Ted.

However, he made amends and supported Trump on key issues at key points and became... Lion Ted.

That's some "We were always at war with East Asia" shit, but it shows the willingness of Trump to make allies out of enemies.
