It is a step in the right direction.

It isn't a win until gay commies are fired, fined, jailed, or exiled.

All I saw in the article are "promises" with no timeline or enforcement mechanism.

You don't win a fight when your opponent says he will stop attacking you. You win by making him unable to attack you, or so afraid of you that he will not only never attack again but also burn bridges with any compatriots who are considering attacking you.
