If anyone remember WHO/UN/Unesco had a sexual education guide for schools that including teaching 5 year olds to masturbate.

It was up on their sight still in 2018, I checked today and it was removed.

Does anyone have an archived link to that?

edit: The entire report looks to have been scrubbed from the internet, all links I could find go to 404

If anyone interested, I could not find an archived link of the UN pdf but found one that was archived from a fox news article on the subject:
