I was just not pirating some anime and thinking to myself "wow, the sheer amount of people pirating anime, all around the world, it's produced new content every three months, everyone complains about trope re-use, it's just like the modern movie industry!", and then I thought to myself "but with better stories and characters... And acting... And profits, despite the piracy."
