So they sent a good example: fuck around in the country, get sent to prison (which Japanese prison ain't as cosy as the US prisons even) stuck in limbo then get kicked out never to return.

Just need to streamline the process as you'll be in the period of idiots going 'sure he was caught but I'll be fine' right now, takes a while for idiots to work out fire hot don't put hand in.
