I've been threatened with Plagiarism charges before, first strike you fail the class, second strike, you get expelled. The fact that she wasn't drummed out after the first accusation is a show of the heavy bias. (oh, and the whole 'gas the jews' thing)

In my case, the professor was retarded enough to use one of those "anti-plagiarism" pieces of software that scans the internet and classifies 3/5ths of similar words in a sentence as "possible plagiarism". Which produced claims that 100% of all of the students had "plagiarized" on every assignment for the entire year. Idiot started a small riot.
