On Christmas Eve, 65-year-old Junko Hanafusa was killed on the campus of El Camino College in Torrance, California, while walking her dog and collecting recyclables.
According to the Daily Mail, a 40-year-old homeless man, Jeffery Davis, allegedly brutally assaulted Hanafusa with a sledgehammer before fleeing the scene. A booking record shows his race and age.
Records reveal that Davis has been arrested nine additional times for misdemeanors and felonies with the most recent being Nov. 29. He is currently being held in the North County Correctional Facility without bail, with a court date scheduled for January 17, 2024.
The system seems to have forgotten the part about actually securing a conviction and putting people into prison. Just cycles them in and out of jail. it's as much an attempt to destroy law and order as defunding the police.
As much as I don't want to Imp-post in response to this, this should never happen as long as there are women jurors because the sentences would be heavily influenced by emotions when compared to what men might decide. That's not to say men wouldn't be influenced by emotions at times, but of the two groups it's not men putting their feels before reals the better part of the time.
well, women shouldn't be sitting on juries in the first place. they are hardly 'your peers'. let's be real. you essentially admitted as much, and I agree.
"tHe sYstEM cAN FiX hiM!"

Waste of energy. 9mm to the base of the skull then leave him for the animals to eat.
9mm?! At current prices?!

They need to go back to Jurors doing sentencing.

It is just crazy to see so many of these two kinds of posts:
"I am SO sorry that Imp is right, but he really is. Here is an example:"
and
"Fuck Imp! Fuck him to death with a pineapple!"
