As much as I don't want to Imp-post in response to this, this should never happen as long as there are women jurors because the sentences would be heavily influenced by emotions when compared to what men might decide. That's not to say men wouldn't be influenced by emotions at times, but of the two groups it's not men putting their feels before reals the better part of the time.
well, women shouldn't be sitting on juries in the first place. they are hardly 'your peers'. let's be real. you essentially admitted as much, and I agree.
