It's this PoV, more than anything, that made me stop and think.
Millions dead. An entire world war, fought to stop the people that were mechanically, industrially genociding you. Given your own country, with cultural and religious significance to you and countless others, yet you were given precedence.
And this - this - is how you act afterwards? Not with paeans of glory to your saviors, not with thanks and giving to the people who sacrificed so much for you, not even with a fucking nod of respect...
Well. Alright, then. So noted. I'll be sure to keep that attitude in mind when making decisions in the future.
Damn straight. Just found another one from the same group...even with everything going on in Palestine, they are still obsessing over hating Christmas and eradicating it from schools in western (Christian) countries that they have been gracefully welcomed into.
