a place not designed for your penis, that is incredibly dry and tears easily, which contains the most bacteria laden waste in our body, might carry diseases if you put something of yours with a hole in it in there?

Amusingly this still rings true for oral, minus the "incredibly dry" bit, which falls under quite a few sodomy laws.
