Ever since he chose to run his timing has been really off. He should've announced LONG before the court cases and Trump's arrest because that isn't a good angle to get any MAGA support on board and right now they'd support RFK Jr more than Desantis.
He shouldn't have thrown Trump under the bus during some of the most blatant political prosecution this country has ever seen. His messaging has been a catastrophic failure on so many fronts
