He acts like the guy was some happy downs child giggling "haha seat belt for my arm" as he was being strapped into the execution chair by heartless guards, unaware and optimistic that he was going to be fine, that the guy was some victim of happenstance and persecuted by evil conservatives.

He should've done the same bit for the murders. "Hee hee ha ha look at all the watermelon in this guy's head"
