This victim stack mentality is the dumbest thing to happen to people's brains.

Instead of thinking: I as an individual got the short end of the stick, it's probably best that I don't make my life worse on account of gestures at everything currently screwing my life over

Instead they think: I feel the need to be treated poorly, but I don't like it, so I'll just seek it out until it happens, and then use it to my advantage.

Which sickens me. We've got a whole section of the population that will wholesale do and say whatever you tell them, as long as it tickles their ideology. It's a cult, and they desperately want to be a part of it, because they've noticed what happens to those not in it, or worse, the apostates that get kicked from it.
